Aeroclean Licensed Mold Lab Services: Provider of Industrial Hygiene, Residential, and Commercial Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing services and IAQ analytical support for mold, lead-based paint, asbestos, and other environmental hazard assessments

Hospital Services

Our hospital services include Anesthetic gas testing, waste anesthetic gas symptoms testing for Nitrous Oxide (N20), and halogenated gases (halothane, isoflurane, sevoflurane, disflurane, enflurane, methoxyflurane). Also, we provide Leak Detection as part of quality control, and semi-annual or annual audits necessary to comply with JCAHO, OSHA, or NFPA requirements.

We do Mold and Bacteria Testing including Methocillin Resistant Staph Areas (MRSA) and Legionella (which can be found in hot water systems and cooling towers). Because mold can incubate and multiply in damp or wet areas in HVAC Systems or exterior walls, we can provide wall and HVAC cavity testing using effective but non-intrusive methods.

We provide ventilation checks for proper airflow in Laboratories hoods where formaldehyde, gluteraldehyde, xylene, alcohols, ethylene oxide or oncology chemicals are used to ensure safe chemical handling practice.

In addition, to assure compliance and protect the safety of your staff and patients, we offer our expertise in health physicists to ensure compliance with the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State Radiological regulations.

We offer Noise and Dust monitoring of construction, repair, maintenance, and traffic to ensure controls are effective. Also, we do personal monitoring of Operating Room and Recovery Room personnel to assess individual exposure to Nitrous Oxide or Halogenated gas. We can provide our services during nights or weekends so as not to interfere with surgeries.

Health Care Facilities

Health Care Facility Services can include indoor air quality surveys for Mold, Bacteria (including MRSA) dusts, noise, asbestos, and general air quality in offices, patient rooms, clinics, and maintenance facilities.

We can assess the air changes per hour (ACH) in operating rooms, treatment rooms, laboratories, and isolation rooms to assure that the ambient conditions meet accepted ASHRAE Standards for Health Care Facilities.

Legionella testing can be provided (Legionella can exist in hot water systems and cooling towers and have devastating health effects the elderly).

Proper training of medical staff is offered for maintenance and custodial personnel in OSHA Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Asbestos Awareness, and Respiratory Protection essential to maintaining a quality health care facility.
